By accessing and using Clean Sweep Duo's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Service Description

Clean Sweep Duo provides rubbish removal services in Auckland. Our services include:

• Per-bag rubbish collection
• Fill-a-boot service
• Scheduled pickups

3. Booking and Payment

• All bookings must be made through our website
• Payment is required at the time of booking
• We accept payment via credit/debit cards through Stripe
• Prices are in NZD and include GST

4. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup
• Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
• A cancellation fee may apply for late cancellations

5. Prohibited Items

We do not accept:

• Hazardous materials
• Chemical waste
• Electronic waste
• Construction materials

6. Liability

Clean Sweep Duo is not liable for:

• Damage to property not caused by our direct actions
• Delays due to circumstances beyond our control
• Loss or damage to prohibited items
